Applewood Construction Corp., is involved in the development and the construction of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Applewood has completed projects in Lowell, Tyngsborough, Chelmsford, Westford and Littleton, Massachusetts, as well as Nashua and Amherst, New Hampshire. Some of the projects include the following:
Bridge Meadow Acres - A subdivision of 63 single family homes in Tyngsborough, MA. In conjuction with this project, two soccer fields, one baseball field, rest room facilities and a concession stand were constructed and deeded to the Town as park land.
Park Place - A subdivision of 35 single family homes in Tyngsborough, MA. As part of this development, Mr. Eriksen and Mr. Harrington sold 70 acres to the Town of Tyngsborough to use as an elementary school site. They also designed and built two soccer fields for the school.
Hickory Hill Estates - A subdivision of 14 single family homes in Lowell, MA
Applewood Commercial Park - A 22 lot industrial park in Tyngsborough, MA.
The Highlands - An subdivision of 18 single family homes in Tyngsborough, MA. This project required the municipal water line be extended, which allowed the new Town Hall and library to connect at no cost to the Town.
Brookview Village: A subdivision of 8 single family homes in Tyngsborough, MA.
Chestnut Hill Estates: A subdivision of 30 single family homes in Tyngsborough, MA. As part of this project, Applewood deeded approximately 100 acres of wooded land to the Town for open space.
Sky Country Estates: A subdivision of 22 single family homes in Nashua, NH
Park Place: A subdivision consisting of 31 single family homes in Dracut, MA.
