About Us...

Applewood Construction Corporation was founded in 1992 by Walter Eriksen and James Harrington. We are proud of the quality built homes, residential subdivisions and commmercial and industrial buildings we have constructed over the years.

We have completed projects in Chelmsford, Littleton, Lowell, Dracut, Westford, North Andover and Tyngsborough, Massachusetts; as well as Amherst and Nashua, New Hampshire.

We have skilled employees and subcontractors who share our commitment to excellence; as well as our dedication to high standards and client satisfaction.
